SpeechLive Health — Template Improvements

All changes apply only to SpeechLive Health.

• Alphabetical Template Ordering. The template list is now displayed in alphabetical order, making it easier to browse and find the template you need.
• Language-Based Template Filtering. Clinicians will now only see templates available in their selected language, providing a simpler and more relevant template list for their workflow.
• Improved Template Navigation. We've enhanced the template navigation experience to make finding and managing templates easier. Added a search bar to the right-hand navigation panel, and introduced a Default Templates dropdown containing all available system-provided templates.
